Jalandhar Motors based in Jammu, India has been involved in vehicle repair and maintenance services for many years and have established themselves as a one stop shop for any vehicle related needs. Currently catering domestic market, they have a huge client base which gave a need to have a customer management system.

Geeksters had a chance to work closely with them and develop a CRM tool using ODOO framework. The CRM is capable of performing multiple tasks from billing to customer management. Currently, Geeksters is developing their website portal to give them the edge over competitors and enable better customer handling through features like appointments and ticket raising features.
